I started out of this as a teenager doing siding and Roofing. I framed houses for track homes and then interior trim. As a young man I subdivided property and did all the carpentry work and lay out work for the houses in the subdivision. I built custom houses as I started a family in Monmouth Beach where I built 15 houses. I built a couple sound Studios one for Jon Bon Jovi and another one in Philadelphia with my friend from Lancaster Pennsylvania. I had work in in PA then learned to incorporate repurpose reclaimed wood to to enhance new construction and replicate 19th Century Construction. Now I live in Lancaster Pennsylvania and also have a residence in Middletown New Jersey. I have been a residential Builder and Carpenter for over 50 yrs
