It all started back in the late 40s when William Tapkin started creating handcrafted wooden treasures for his friends and family. He soon passed on his love and skill for woodworking to his Grandson Dan Roberts who took it to another level of fine craftsmanship. Dan Roberts passed on his expertise and love of woodworking to his son Bill Roberts. Today Bill has created Dads Wood Works, and the many skills passed on to him from his Great Grandfather. These cherished skills are evident in the excellent custom work he creates today. This tradition of wood working continues through future generations by Bill teaching his son Wyatt the fine art of woodworking.
