There will be no bugs, no dirt, and no mold living with your barnwood products that come from us. The issue with real barnwood or reclaimed barnwood is that the majority of the time it has these problems and it can be very difficult to work with or to have enough product to finish what you would like to create. With our product there is absolutely no limit to how far you can go. We customize everything so feel free to ask about any special ideas you have.

BohnSmith WoodShop is a Freeland Michigan company that thrives on quality, craftsmanship and the need to help others. Primary products are focused on Michigan, which include cutting boards, chalk boards, signs, cedar benches, cedar chests, furniture repair, board planning, and customizations.

Our name came about from my wife’s maiden name and my last name. This was done to give us a unique and memorable name, that also represents what we do as a business.
