We are a general carpentry and handyman business est. in June of 2023. The owner and chief operator, Andrew Herbert, is a NC licensed home inspector (lic. #5466) with six years of carpentry experience and a combined total of nine years construction experience – starting with an electrical apprentice position back in 2012, moving into a carpenter’s helper position in 2014, and graduating to a lead carpenter role before receiving home inspection licensure in 2022. While conducting home inspections, Andrew recognized a significant decline in craftsmanship and created Clear Choice Construction as a solution to that issue.
