Artist Biography:
Lorrie Hedges was born in Lawton, Oklahoma (an army brat). She has spent most of her life in northern Ohio, where she enjoys making custom live edge tables and fluid art. She lives on the Lake Erie shoreline where Eagles fly high and fishing is the mainstay.
She has always been creative and enjoys the design process. She has both an artistic background as well as a structured mechanical design resume. The best of both worlds when creating tables for form, function and aesthetics. Her interest in fluid art forms allow for the mind to run wild with imagination.
Lorrie has also received an art education degree from Lourdes College.
