Lily’s Window Fashions is owned and operated by Sinee (Lily) Techa. Sinee was a scholarship student from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) with a Master’s degree in Economics. However, the challenge of creative design was so exciting that she changed her career to become a designer. With twenty years of experience, you are assured the best window art you can expect from any designer.
